李欣欣，本科畢業于中央财經大學，2018年5月獲北卡羅來納大學夏洛特金融學博士學位，後加入伊薩卡學院金融與國際商務系，任金融學助理教授。主要研究領域為公司金融，包括并購、資本結構和投資政策等。主要成果發表于 Quarterly Journal of Finance、Review of Financial Economics、Journal of Financial Education 等期刊。
